As resident for 3 years, I must say that am not unhappy with the actual apt. itself or the grounds, however, the management falls short of being welcoming or accountable. The manager, assistant manager and the management company are all currently defendants named in a lawsuit filed by the Department of Justice: http://www.fairhousing.com/news_archive/releases/fhcgpb8290 have experienced an "if you don't like it here..then move" attitude when holding the managers accountable to such things as finishing the pressure cleaning of dirt, duck feces & mildew off the sidewalks. They did not finish the job in front of our building for four months and, after repeated requests for them to finish, I called the owner who never returned my call. I then received a call from the manager stating she would "let me out of my lease if I was so unhappy here". Rude, arrogant and condescending. I am staying only one more year due to the fact that I have a home business and it is too hard to move. I also had someone break into my vehicle.

If your thinking about moving to Jupiter....rent a condo instead. You'll get a bigger, better deal and you may get an option to own in the lease. With this DOJ lawsuit, we hope change is around the corner!
