The manager, assistant manager and the management company are all currently defendants named in a lawsuit filed by the Department of Justice: http://www.fairhousing.com/news_archive/releases/fhcgpb8290 have experienced an "if you don't like it here..then move" attitude when holding the managers accountable to such things as finishing the pressure cleaning of dirt, duck feces & mildew off the sidewalks.

They did not finish the job in front of our building for four months and, after repeated requests for them to finish, I called the owner who never returned my call.

I then received a call from the manager stating she would "let me out of my lease if I was so unhappy here".

Rude, arrogant and condescending.

I am staying only one more year due to the fact that I have a home business and it is too hard to move.

I also had someone break into my vehicle.

If your thinking about moving to Jupiter....rent a condo instead.

You'll get a bigger, better deal and you may get an option to own in the lease.

With this DOJ lawsuit, we hope change is around the corner!
