Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
 
This is the first and only place I have rented from. Since the new owners took over, I have noticed great improvement in the outside appearance of the area. Most repairs we needed were completed in a timely manner. The rent seems to be very reasonable for apartments in the area.
