Things are worse now than ever. If something breaks in your apartment (air condition , toilet ect..) you better be prepared to wait a few days or longer to get it fixed (IF THEY DO AT ALL) The 2 pools , they are green with mold growing on them now , thats how long its been since they have been cleaned ! No I am not exagerating these pools are green!!! Do NOT MOVE HERE! soon as my lease is up I am out myself. I actually moved here for the pools. What a joke this new managment is. TERRIBLE!!! Someone needs to call the health dept. Maybe I will Monday!

i agree 100%. i lived here for 6 years because its the only thing i could afford with 2 kids. office staff are awful and every summer i go without air for at least 3-4 days at a time and to make things worse my apartment flooded 3 times and they left my furniture outside for me to move in by myself!!! im out of here at the end of my lease. DO NOT MOVE HERE AT ALL MEANS!!!

I have been living in shady oaks for approximately 2yrs,I really like my neighbors and maintanence thats all every time I call maintenance they have always came on time and were very friendly,the office staff were very nice when I first move here but the apt has had several different staff,the staff we have now are not very friendly they act like everyone who stays there is on section 8 there is nothing wrong with being on section 8 as long as you are trying to better yourself for you and your kids I pay full rent there I recomended someone I knew to stay here and they office mgr told them a hundred more dollars than I pay for rent and they move in two months after me so I dont know if they are stealing or trying to get over the comment that someone wrote about the pool is very true the water is green and has been for a long time,the apts is very spacious the only thing is the apts are very old and need to be torn down the stairwells smell like urine so sometimes i get fabuloso before my company comes over and clean the stairwell because I am EMBARASSED I do not recomend anyone to stay there unless you just cant afford to stay somewhere that is better there isnt that much noise and the neighbors do keep to theirselves the parking is fine ........

Shady Oaks is the best place I have ever lived!!! This place is fun and exciting at all times... Plus with the new kitchens they have been updating... IT'S AWESOME!!!!
