Needs improvement - I have lived here for 2.5 years. When I 1st moved in, the place was always clean, pool always nice, and they did not let in just anyone. nice place to live I moved a few months ago, and have been pleased. Shady Oaks used to have a bad reputation, but it seems to be better now. The local police drive thru all the time and it makes me feel safe.

It is very below average I lived at this complex for two years. The apartments are very plain. There is hardly any parking,and the maintance and the custodial serices are horrible. about the only good thing going for this place is it safe and very afforable. The property manager is also a very nice
