The worst Complex I've ever lived in

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
The plns were not thought out very well when putting these apartments together nor when the office staff was hired. The office staff was very unprofessional and if I had to do it all over again West Isle wouldn't even be a consideration.
