Has it's ups and downs

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
every place has it's good and bad things.
Good:
Great staff nice and friendly
decent prices and if you have any probs they will help.
Bad:
I have an upstairs neighbor that has 5 people or more living in it (2 bedroom) and they are very inconsiderate stomping down the stairs at 1-5 a.m. in the morning. but hey you always have that one bad egg.
-the stairs are mostly metal so if you have a bedroom beside the stairs you have hear it.
-Parking lot is dangerous!!!!
