This is the worst place ever !!!! We had to find this location online and everytime we called the staff, they were rude, impatient and uninterested. After we moved in, we discovered that they didn't enforce the no parking zones, pet policy on weight and being on a leash, and if anything wasn't working in the apt. the staff acted as if you were a bother. We left this nightmare after they claimed we damaged the apt. below us by giving this bogus story as to how it happened. all because the tenant below us was a friend of the leasing staff. I strongly recommend that you stay away !!!!

I agree - I moved out as well. This whole situation is so out of hand and neither the management or the staff care. Move to Ocean Walk where you will be so much happier at a clean and well managed complex with so so much more to offer.

Be careful, and do a little reading up on the reviews for Ocean Walk on this Web site. I did and it seems like that Ocean Walk is Actually the worst complex. If I am not mistakened, I think on commentor said Ocean Walk is a S#$t hole.
