Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
Been here for a while --- central air / heat, carpet, washer/dryer in unit, pool is well maintained... no major complaints except I'm not sure these buildings would survive a direct Cat 3 hurricane. I was here during Wilma and it took a while to fix up... but overall, its not a bad place to live compared to what KW offers at other complexes. Just have to realize everything is going to be tiny compared to the mainland and things will take a while to get fixed.
Oh, there aren't too many chickens around here either.
