I lived in West Isle from Feb04-Oct2005. The only reason I moved out was because I was military and getting stationed on the west coast. Although there were a few problems such as the parking lot flooding cause of storms and alittle noise every now and then from the apartment above me it was just fine. Compared to where I live now (which is a upscale beautiful place but just alot of rowdy college kids) it was nice and peaceful. I don't know what one of the people were talking about how they hate military... The co-owner is married to a military guy and when I put in my orders they were fine with it and even gave us an extra two days after we got back from evacuating to move our stuff out. and get this we got out deposit back.
