These apts. are really nice compared to other stuff in Key West. Ocean Walk is so nasty!!! Maintenance is OK, pool is very nice and neighbors are mostly OK but parking can be tight but at least it is there. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a inexpensive place that is good in Key West.
