We have lived here going on 3 years. We are Coast Guard and the mgmt treats us pretty good. It is quiet by our apt and the pool is always clean plus it has a washer and dryer which other places in KW we found out don't. On a scale of 1 - 10 I give it a 9. When we leave at the end of April - I def. recommend it to whoever is looking for a 3 bed place in KW.
