I read the last review by some jerk who was probably being kicked out of here for being a JERK! This place is kept up well - it survived all the hurricanes in 2005 you dumbass when all thos "private houses" flooded with 10 feet of water! The rent are reasonable for Key West and I looked into houses that want first, last and a huge security deposit to even look at you! I can put a down payment on a house for that kind of money. Home owners are greedy asses and West Isle is the place for go and stay - like I have if you need to live in Key West for a reasonable cost. I have live here 12 years and at least I don't have to pay the insane property taxes and flood insurance that the Key West homeowners do. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l

I am still trying to figure out how the one of the office staff members is able to afford two second floor apartments with vaulted scielings on a West Isle Staff budget and a military paycheck? I pay $1700.00 for rent I know they are unable to afford the same payments unless my rent is helping them pay for theirs. They are currently listing other aparments for less than what I pay. This complex is unfair and has no reliability that any issues with the tenants are resolved. There are termites in the entire complex. They are making us put ourselves up somewhere else.

Maybe you are a real jerk and don't understand that all of Florida has termites. Read a book (if you can read) and when did you become the "Apartment ----" checking up on what other people live in and how mauch money they make or wht they pay for rent? You must have no life since you are so interested in other peoples business. Mind your own biz and maybe you will be happier where you live.
