I have lived here for a short time. It has been nothing but hell ever since. My apartment is infested with termintes. When i notified the management to this problem, i was told that "we all have termites." The management of this establishment is inconsiderate and not helpful in the least. I am so glad I am paying their rent. I would never recommend this apartment complex to anyone. It is disguisting and I can not wait for my lease to end!

I am still trying to figure out how the one of the office staff members is able to afford two second floor apartments with vaulted scielings on a West Isle Staff budget and a military paycheck? I pay $1700.00 for rent I know they are unable to afford the same payments unless my rent is helping them pay for theirs. They are currently listing other aparments for less than what I pay. This complex is unfair and has no reliability that any issues with the tenants are resolved. There are termites in the entire complex. They are making us put ourselves up somewhere else.

I don't get it. West Isle club has had the pool closed for about three weeks now. Hello!!! IT IS SUMMER TIME!!! Also, what's up with the trash. It is literally pouring out into the street. There is so much trash out there it is unreal. The "management" says that they are going to fix the problem, yeah, that was three months ago. They PAY an alcoholic, who has no problem parking his vehicle behind people and blocking them in, to compact the trash, but I have seen him and talked to him. He is so freaking wasted all the time that he can't even perform a task as simple as compacting the trash. WHEN IS THERE GOING TO BE NEW MANAGEMENT??!!

My brother is a new maintenance man there. He is a nice wonderful person. He does what he can with the tools/money/orders he is given by the owners. He is not a "trash" man, he has more skills than that. Why don't you compact your own trash?

We can't wait until your lease is up either. You are the neighbors from hell and I know who you are. Move out early - you are such a jerk they would probably let you move out tomorrow!
