All of you people who are whining about everything - I have lived here for 4 years and it is way better than a lot of other rentals in KW. I lived in a house that I paid $2000 a mo. It was very nice with a pool. I paid rent every month and then O found out my landlord was a crack head and I had to move because the house was being foreclosed on! I won't ever have to worry about that here and if I have an inconvenience now and then like the pool or the termite treatment, at least I know it is being worked on and in KW that is about the most you can hope for. Rent here is cheap and I did not have to pay a small fortune to move in. I have read all of these "whiners" who say the mgmt. is mean or whatever. Try being nice to them. I have been in the office when other residents were in there complaining and you know what, they are the same people I see getting kicked out because they can't pay their rent. Those are probably the "whiners" complaining. My apt. is good, I am treated good - it's all good so quit complaining or just don't move to KW because life here is a lot harder than you might think.

You should have stayed in the house - West Isle is now goining upscale condo according to the Sept. 2, 2007 Key West Citizen newspaper. Every lease that is up will not be renewed and the entire complex will be renovated as upscale and classy condo conversions and sold at market prices which anyone living in this ghetto will never afford. So you blew it big time - you can't stay here after your lease is up (and no, you won't be renewed) and you will have to cough up more money to move. Guess you really will be whinning then! Ha! I wouldn't want to be you right now - yes, that egg on your face looks good.

They said they had no choice other than to move out b/c the house was being FORECLOSED upon. Can you read? Are you smarter than a 5th grader?
