lived there 1 year (2009 to 2010) I lived there for a year.
There were a lot of partying noise on week ends, public areas (such as hall way laundry rooms etc) weren't very clean.
However, it's hard to find a nice place with $1500 in Key West. $50 additional for parking garage.

Do You Like Airplane Noise? Ocean Walk is right next to the Key West Airport Airplanes in and out all hours of the day or night. Hope you like the sounds of the engines while you sleep. Or step out onto the balcony and view incoming jets as they seem to come closer and closer to your apartment.

What a bunch of whiners Ocean Walk is exactly what you would expect the cheapest apartments on the island to be like. However, I have not experienced anything terrible. Just a bunch of "Workin Folk". Anyone that doesn't like it, feel free to get a trailer on Stock Island.
