I moved in Aug of 2008 and not even 3 days later two buildings down from me got broken into in broad day light. In Jan of this year the apartment right next to mine on the 3rd floor was broken into as well around 6am. These issues forced me to get a security system for the apt because I no longer felt safe. The staff is also constantly changing and do not have people skills. The apartments are pretty but poorly constructed, this is how they get you. For the price of a 2 bedroom you can rent an entire 3 bedroom home for maybe 30 to 40 dollars more. I chose not renew my lease and was able to get an entire home for 30 dollars more than I was paying here. My recommendation is not to waste your time here. The gym suxs and it is not safe! You cannot trust the staff here, in my opinion these break ins looked like an inside job.
