I liked it.

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
I lived in building 17 on the first floor in the back of the community. I had the split 2 bedroom floor plan and really enjoyed it. Both rooms were almost equal in size, and both had huge closets which is good because my GF has alot of clothes and i have alot of junk.
We moved in back in 2001 and left in 03. The building is wood framed and you hear all that your neighbors are doing pretty well. Parking was fantastic for once, and i thought the place was rather decent.
There are alot of frogs in the hallways during certain times of the year, but that's really not their fault--that's nature. I didnt like the aligator that inhabited the lake...made me nervous walking my dog. Alot of people had pit bulls and rotweilers and no matter how much i complained and told them, they remained. Im not sure its still the same way. The long driveway to get to the property adds charm because you are in no way near a roadway.
Maintenance was pretty good, the staff was friendly to us. We had some pretty nice neighbors too.
Overall, i think it was a good experience, if you can live with being in a wood framed building that carries sound. We were the 2nd occupants ever of our apartment, so everything was brand new at the time. The tile kitchens and bathroom are VERY nice and comfortable for even our guests.
