This place is not perfect, but some of these comments are very critical. Yes there are snakes, the pool is shallow, the trash piles up, the bathroom cabinets are peeling and it is a little distant but the good qualities far exceed the bad. It is a very scenic and charming. I love the valet trash service. My family love my apartment with its large closets, built in bookcase, modern kitchen and 9 foot high ceilings. What saddens me is the trend in central Florida where reliable tenants are forced to leave because of the condo revolution. I don't want to leave but every decent place around here is going condo. Its such a shame this had to happen.
