Lived here for 2 yrs, recently went condo and has an awful new management, the car entrance has poor ligh and, if your neighbors have the music al ittle loud or have surround sound you feel terrible vibrations on the walls.

I agree that the new management since they went condo SUCKS! They are discourteous, unresponsive to complaints, and basically act like they don't care about you since you are a lowly Apartment owner and not interested in paying $250,000 for you 1 bedroom apt. as a condo. Just to sum up how they treat their current tennants, they changed the emergency maintenance number and the office number without even so much as sending out a notice to anyone in the complex. I had a maintenance issue after office hours and got a "the number you are trying to call is no longer in service" so I had to wait until the morning and go by the office. In short, they suck.

Absolutely agree with you 110% $250,000 for your 1 bedroom? I bet you couldn't wait to sign that check! They want $285,000 for my 2-2 which is a complete joke! Yes they did change the phone number without saying a word to the tenants but I looked it up online and made a call. The women in the office are the piss poor "business" associates. The guy in the office sucks beyond belief when it comes to attending tenants and their questions.

What is the guy in the office's name? Is it Angelo? Are they only pushing short term rentals now? Are the long term tenants wanting to move out?

I have to agree with everyone, when I first moved in it was alright, but now that the new management has taken over it really is aweful. There is trash everywhere, the irrigation system puts out foul smelling water that goes in the street and on your car instead of the grass, it takes maintenance forever to come and look at something to fix. It is all the management companies doings, it was fine till they got here. I can't wait for my lease to end!!
