Frogs in the Hallways, snakes around the pool, trash dump located not near any living spaces, wooden frame construction, maintenance delays, etc etc

I pay $820 for a 1 bdrm. Where I come from on Long Island, the same apt (if you could find one) would cost $1640/mo. And they would charge you $500/yr extra for the pool. Their would be no gates at all that stay open at times due to lightning strikes, no beautiful fountains in the lakes, no bookshelves, vaulted ceilings, screened balconies, track lighting, tile flooring etc.

When I first moved in my neighbor was complaining about the spider webs that do appear in the corners of the hallway'' I said to myself, if that is all this guy can complain about this place must not be too bad.

You rent an apartment...you will get woodframe construction. Want solid block' Then go buy a condo okay! Apartments come with all kinds of people good and bad. And so do snakes,frogs, armadillos, etc

Bad things: I see third class mail such as flyers being thrown on the ground by tenants near the mail pickup bldg. I had to buy an air cleaner due to a tenant below me who smokes...Some smoke filters into my apartment. So far not much noise except maybe a cabinet door closing occasionally. P.S. where is this balloon I heard someone mention. Are they referring to the balloon down 192 near Houlihans'
The grounds are all neatly taken care of. Beatifull walkways. Gates by the pool all worked when I used them. I saw one outside light that may need to be replaced by a garage. As much as I tried too, I could not get into the business center since the lock worked. The pool is shallow' I think it is 5ft in deepest part. Could that be for safety reasons' Probably!! Pool was clean too ( I used to be a lifeguard at an olympic size pool).
Bottom line: No place is Nirvana. NO matter how good, people will find something to complain about. I am a tenant currently living here and I am not in management. Been here a short time but so far I like what I see.

HEY BUDDY, SET YOUR ALARM CLOCK ITS TIME TO WAKE UP! BEING FROM NEW YORK YOU MUST BE USED TO GHETTO LIVING SO ANYTHING WOULD BE AN IMPROVEMENT.SNAKES AND FROGS, WHAT A TREAT! MUCH BETTER THAN PUPPY SIZED RATS KNAWING ON YOUR FRAMING. THIS IS A CONDO SO I GUESS THEY SLACKED ON THE CONSTRUCTION. CHECK WITH THE STAFF ON THAT ONE, MY CONDO IS $285,000 BECAUSE I GET TO VIEW THAT LOVELY POND, OR SHOULD I SAY TAR PIT.
