I have recently moved into Legacy Dunes and love it.

Apartment- Huge floorplans!! Very quiet. Screened in porches that let me keep my windows and doors open to save on electricity. Found one cockroach in my apartment the second day I moved in (it was HUGE!) but since I keep a clean house I haven't had a problem. Apartment was very clean and newly painted and new carpet when I moved in.

Grounds- Never have to search for a parking spot!!! The gates have worked well and I rarely see other cars "sneaking" in. We do have frogs, but they are small (a little bigger than a quarter) and just sit there. They are more cute than troublesome. There also are a lot of bugs outside but it is called nature and living in Florida surrounded by lakes and trees you can't get away from it. The area is kept very clean, I love the valet trash service and although the trash compactor (that is located far away from any apartment outside the security gates) is sometimes backed up from people leaving furniture and boxes, it is always cleaned up in a few days.

In closing I think this is a great choice for any WDW cast member because of the close proximity to all the parks, the price, and they offered us a discount when we first moved in. I have never had a problem with security and all apartments have security alarms free of charge.
