Poor management, very unsafe surroundings, break-ins,and muggings. The office staff never keeps their word to what they say they will fix. The "business center" contains 1 spyware infested computer, a copy machine and a fax machine. All of which never work. I wouldn't believe these people about anything if their tongues came notorized. Listen SusanRoberto, I do have my OWN computer, and a laptop, one of which I'm responding back to your uninformed opinion on what the Alexan is really like. I have been here 4 years, never had a problem with the previous office staff. Since this new "team" has come in, the Legacy Dunes has deteriorated. You obviously know nothing about the safety this complex provides. If you had, you would have looked up previous crime related history by contacting the local police department before running your mouth, which was complete BS. Or maybe you already knew about the muggings, tire slashings, knifings, gang related problems at the basketball court, car vandalisms, mail box tamperings but continue to live in your own little fantasy world. As for me, I know all this to be true due to me witnessing a few of those crimes and having heard of the families that were victimized. Oh yes! Safety at the wonderful Legacy Dunes is top notch! Don't you appreciate how the "gated" community leaves those gates wide open to the hoodlums of Orange county!? The gates are so accessible that you don't even need a card key anymore, because they are all open!!! The front gates are left wide open long enough for cars to piggy back right on in. As far as your comment goes about how to speak to the office staff in a way that they would not want to help us is just another ludacris opinion running from your mouth. We treat and speak to this office staff just as we did the previous, which was of the up most respect. Back to your main topic response of how I should not have to use the buisness center, why would an exquisite complex such as this one advertise a BUISNESS CENTER? You don't even know me and look at the way you are "talking" to me. HELLO!! If you move into a complex because of a business center, you need help. Crime is all around us, Orlando was rated the most angry city....HELLO!!. I thought we could be two adults sharing opinions, I see now I am the only adult, you are very angry. What about an anger management course?? I will always state the fact that you are the only one I know that doesn't like it here. I know most of my neighbors and they are happy. Why don't you move?
