seriously, some people will complain about anything. I've lived here for 4 months and, overall, its nice. Quiet, clean, well landscaped, and safe. The only complaint I have is the location. You are close to nothing and the traffic on this highway is terrible. As for the frogs and snakes, you're in Florida, deal with it. I've seen 2 snakes in 4 months. My only other complaint is that the business center is basically non-exisistant...the one computer is ALWAYS broken.

Management has been very helpful with any issues we've had. Every complex will have its problems, but the people complaining about much of the stuff here are just being unreasonable. As long as this place keeps up what they're doing, and manages to avoid converting competely to condos, it will continue to be a nice place to live.

Your a real stand up comic! I was laughing so hard when you said maybe I should start saving my change, that sure was a knee slapper! So you've never seen a "blacksnake" here on the property? I see them pretty much all the time. They are actually called Southern Black Racers. Yes I have seen rattle snakes here, Pygmy rattlers to be exact. Yeah I guess no one has a problem with the fact that we are now condos, seeing all the moving trucks on a daily basis wouldn't have any effect on that. I like how you brought up a course in nature, maybe I should ask more questions in Biology class which would be my major at the University of Central Florida. I do go over to the compactor at night to throw my own trash away. This is due to animals going through my bags and leaving a trail of waste behind. I get out plenty, thanks. Oh and maybe you should ask Santa for a Hooked on Phonics package since your spelling is atrocious. Have a great day!

At first I thought I could reply to you and have adults expressing their opinions. I see now that you are mean and not an adult at all. I am sorry you have so much anger in you. Maybe you should see if the University of Central Florida offers anger management courses.

Oh yes, the university does offer an anger management course. I happen to teach a few of the classes in my spare time. I minor in public affairs.
