Very poor maintenance crew. I have recently moved out and have had several encounters with these so called handy men. I had to have several things in my apt. repaired and they would come in and not know how to fix it. Once they figured it out, usually about an hour or so later, the problem arose again shortly. Also I do believe that they are supposed to keep up with the trash around the complex, yet I see on a daily basis cups and other sorts of litter scattered around the grounds.
