The have a new new property manager

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007
 
The newest addistion of property managers has not returned phone calls. Have been trying to talk to her for days. Have been trying to get maintenance in my apartment haven't had luck. Trying to contact property manager, haven't had luck. Found out that the property manager has changed again. This time is is really bad.
