My girlfriend is trying to move her from boston and this seemed like a great place. After talking with one staff member they assured us things were all set and to call in a month and she would find us the available unit we wanted. A month later she had left the company, we bagn working with another staff member who had no knowledge of the former person or anything we had said. The next two people we worked with also left the company. We went in and signed paperwork finally after everyone insisted they had no knowledge of any other employees or or talks with them. I find out 3 weeks later when i get a call that there are no units available that we had requested and been assured were there. We were shown an empty apartment and choose that specific one and were told that it was previously taken. After working with 5 seperate employees and them cancelling our contract, we are now forced to find somewhere else to move within the next 2 weeks.
VERY BAD MANGEMENT AND TENANT RESPECT!!!!
DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THEM!!
If 5 people get hired and quit in a 3 month period that says something strong about the way this place is being run.

Wow! I am an owner and have been trying to rent my unit for 6 months. I did not want to go short term and wanted a long term tenant. I have been having the same problem talking to all these different people and each one doesn't know about the last. Now it is October and they told me my unit needed to be cleaned and repaired to be rented! Just now! I have a feeling they are not helping at all with long term tenants just to get their short term program off the ground.
