We've lived here at Legacy Dunes since Dec. 2005. It was a quiet place and we were happy. Then it changed hands and new neighbors moved in that were real loud and didn't care who they bothered. Then Legacy Dunes changed hands again and we're happy now. It is quiet here once again and they have removed a lot of the problem people. We just renewed our lease again for another year and if we don't buy a home by then, then we'll renew it again. What I am missing here is an elevator! Other than that, I would recommend Legacy Dunes.
A member of my family works for Disney World and the traffic here on HWY 192 is bad at times, but now there is a new road that goes from Legacy Dunes (just before getting to HWY 192) that'll take you to the traffic light at Avalon Rd & HWY 192. Avalon Rd will take you to Siedle Rd and then to Lake Hancock Rd then Reams Rd and right onto Disney property. So you CAN avoid the traffic now. That new road is a Godsend!
