I have been a resident of the Alexan at Legacy Dunes for the past 2 years. When I first moved in, it was a semi nice place to live. However, it is now under new management and quite frankly, it's horrible. When you walk into the office, it looks like a cheap hotel that you'd expect to see on Hwy 192. Brochures for the parks and scattered desks with stacks of files. Everything is a mess, and so are the employees. They seem to not pay attention to anything that goes on around the complex. I have been into the office several times and each and every time, they appear as though it is their first time seeing me. The manager seems to believe he owns the property, walking around with a smug look on his face and appearing to look down on those who live here. But as my headline states, this place is slowly but surely turning into breeding grounds for high class whores and the Johns that pimp them. At the entrance to the community, there is a towering air balloon advertising rentals for the apartments. As promoted by the sign, anyone may walk off the street and rent a unit for either one day, a week, month or up to a year. Somehow I see this as an eventual problem. I know residents that have been living here for a long time, making this place their home. Now anyone can move in for whatever amount of time they please. Who knows what kind of people will be swimming alongside long term resident's children in the pools' The answer is no one! This place is going down hill quickly. I surely do not reccomend signing a lease here, for the children's sake, RUN!
