I must say that the room itself was nice!....but, if you have any problems or need assistance from the office, don't be suprised if they are rude & completely unsympathetic!! We were told that our room was completed furnished with a kitchen, & washer/dryer appliances, well, NOT TRUE!! There was a hook-up for both machines, but no appliances! We phoned the office, but they didn't care one lick!! As well as, we checked in around 1 and were told that we had to wait till 4 for the room to be cleaned & ready. We got to our room at 4:15 (or so) and the cleaners had just started!!! They didn't leave till after 5...of course, they were using the dryers from the rooms (available) around us to clean our bedding!! They were nicer & more sympathetic than the office staff...and I spoke with the office manager!!! It's not so much that it was such a huge deal, just how he spoke to me...without any care or sympathy for my point of view or problem....obviously, I didn't like the guy!! WOULD NEVER GO BACK!! There are plenty of nice rooms in the area...don't waste the money there!!

Also, NOISE WAS A BIG ISSUE!! Several nights (of 6) we didn't get much sleep for the noisy neghbors...walls very thing!!

The master bed was a brick!! My back was aching after 3 nights & I DON'T have back problems!!
