Horrible Experience

I stayed at this so called condo/timeshare for 4 days and 3 nights this past holiday. I can tell you that it was definitely not worth the money I spent to stay. The management was rude and couldn't care less about what the renters had to say. The sprinkler systems were mostly all broken and the water that came from them smelled like raw sewage. The units looked like they were decorated by the blind! Cheap beds were in the rooms which made my back ache in the morning. The linen were all dirty, not as clean as they should be. The walls of the units are paper thin and you can hear every little noise the neighbors make. The hallways were filthy! The so called maintenance crew rode around on their carts with such arrogance that I believe they thought they were the CEO's instead of people who just plunge toilets and clean the trash from the dumpster, which by the way was horrid, there were trash bags scattered in front of the sidewalk. Overall it was a terrible stay, I highly recommend renters on vacation look elsewhere!

I've lived at Legacy Dunes since 12/24/2005. Back then there was good management. I have to admit that THIS management doesn't seem to care about anything. Recently I notified the office that we built a new home in Windermere and wouldn't be renewing our lease. I asked them to ask the owner of my condo if they'd like for us to leave the Maytag washer & dryer. I've heard NOTHING from them and I've asked them 3 times. So, now I sold the pair and I'm betting the owner never new I offered them. It's this "new" management that doesn't care. As for the condo itself, we like it a lot. In fact, when it first turned "hotel" I wasn't happy AT ALL. But, the unit downstairs is only rented out periodically and same with across the hall. I have to say, since it's been a "hotel" too, it's been quieter for me. Legacy Dunes is close to work (a family member works for Disney) and I love the fact we can take the backroads to Disney (via Avalon Rd). The location is nice, the condo is nice, but the management, well....they just plain suck.
