This complex is a being managed by children, they have no concern for any issues with building or apartments. They don't take action to create any resolution, and are completely unresponsive. This place is a joke.

It is FILTHY, as you can see by the photos. This is my building, and I have made a minimum of 10 complaints regarding the condition of our hallway. Nasty leaky trash torn apart by raccoons has been corroding on my floor for 8 MONTHS!. I have begged, pleaded, and cried to no avail.

This complex is also a vacation rental, and they collect trash at the vacation rental condos and place them in piles along the street (in 100 degree heat, imagine the smell). Also, vacationers wonder the streets at all hours of the night, and their is no security. The gated community concept they claim is laughable! The gates are open 24 hours a day.

This place is a slum, and its run by a slum lord. If you have any other option, take it.

It's your trash and your floor.......Clean it yourself. What idiot gets stung by wasp twice and still allows them to breed over their doorway? You know they do sell wasp spray at most grocery stores, Wal-Marts, Targets, etc......

I live at legacy dunes also, and do feel the property needs to be taken care of better. they should pressure wash the stairs/walkaways...that isnt the residents responsibility. Wea re responsible to keep our home and patio clean. I do agree with above respondor, get some wasp spray...i spray my entrance and patio prob every other week, because i know we are in florida!! bugs are sooooooo common! the trash on the street gets me mad too..i think thats gross. the leasing staff is kind of pathetic, issues take FOREVER to get resolved!
