First of all, why would you want to live all the way on the west end of Kissimmee' It's not an easy commute to anything but the local jobs in the low-paying tourist district.
It's a pretty place, but the management keeps changing and starting new venues. There was great management when I moved in, but the place sold out and got new management and from there, it seemed that nobody could be trusted. They tried to do the way-overprice condo thing, like a lot of complexes and encouraged people to move out. All my good-looking neighbors soon left and in came a big influx of people with questionable dogs. The neighborhood went downhill. My vacating notice got "misplaced", though the manager of the time was good with me. They kept getting my address wrong to send my deposit. I believe the management changed again, and they tried to sell themselves to vacationers as a big-time resort.. which they aren't.
I doubt it's as nice as it used to be.
Also, if you put things in the storage spaces, expect all sorts of little creatures to uh,..do things on it, so cover up and keep well locked.

When you say that you "doubt it's as nice as it used to be", does that mean you haven't seen it lately? I would think it would be a great place to live if you worked for Disney. We stayed there a year ago Aug 2007 and it was great. I would recommend it to anyone.

Its a terrible place to live...We moved in just a few months ago and wish we hadnt!! Had friends that lived her 4-5 years ago that loved it, so we figured it would be a good place since my husband works for a local timeshare resort. Only person I like in the leasing office is Sonia, she is sweet as can be...the property needs to be taken care of better. I know maint. is doing what they can, all the guys are very nice but when your given old equipement to work on, and have to get approval by the indivual owners basically to do anything it sucks!
