(user photo) 7/4/08 - I was told that the dumpster was broken & mgmt wasn't going to bring in a back up. It looked like this before the 4th of July, too. So you can only imagine what it looked like by the time Monday came.

(user photo) 8/7/08 - And yet a month later this is what greets me in the morning leaving for work. The view from the car. How nice? Much better than a babbling brook, eh? By the way, 2 day is moving day for me!!!! (user photo) Drainage Hole not taken care of in over 3 years.

The management here does not manage anything except selling these units to out of town buyers as investment property. I have a 5 yr old and we go out on his scooter. There are LOADS of beer cans and liquor bottles and prescription drug bottles and broken glass and everything you can imagine strown everywhere. I have asked them nicely many times to please clean it up and maintain it as it is not only ugly but a safety concern. They will NOT do anything. What kind of people are these' Please do not move to Arbors of Sendera if you are a decent family and want any kind of security.

I disagree. My brother and I have lived in complexes all over this area and this one is the best yet. Our close neighbors are very quiet and help keep the area clean and tidy. You're going to have problems everywhere you go; the management here is doing the best they can. Please be more patient.
