The gym is closed most weekend mornings and weeknights, so if you do not work in the day, you are about the only one able to use the gym. Was giving a key to get in the gym, now they put a large master lock on door. The pool was closed a lot of the time I lived here, but they are doing better maintaining it. Just don't expect to use it in the morning for exercise because it will be locked. The grounds has litter everywhere, I have been picking it up once a week in front of my place, so I do not have to see it get out of hand where I live. I would suggest to management that they put security cameras at the pool and gym to help catch the kids damaging everything. I see kids everyday breaking things,damaging landscape,riding there bikes on the sidewalks and expecting you to move out of their way, being rude to people. There is a handicap parking space in front of my place, just no ramp to get on the sidewalk. The grounds are poorly maintained and I'm thankful I do not live near the dumpster. The dogs are suppose to be under 25 lbs, many people have dogs over 25 lbs. Dog limit per condo is two, people have more that two. No one cleans up after their pets, so be careful walking the grounds, you might step in dog poop. Where I live there is a condo with more than two dogs near by and sitting outside you hear them barking all the time day and night.Enough about the outside of the condos, let's go inside. Roaches are a huge problem inside them. I have been at war with them since I moved here, I'm winning the war, so this means the roaches are heading to your condo in my building. The fixtures are cheap, might be a understatement, look at them and make sure they work. When I moved into my place I had broken outlets and light switches. One of the cheap bathroom faucets only had hot water, no cold means no warm water. The light fixtures were rusted. Roaches were painted to the walls, ceiling, and floors. Paint was on everything. Let me stop here! Make sure you look your condo over before you move in( I did not and I would not have taken it if I did), or you might wish you did not move in. The maintenance staff is getting better, but you can see that they are over whelmed with work. For them it has to be quantity over quality.
