Do Not Move there!! I lived in the complex for 2 years. It got started off bad but I couldn??t get out of my lease. Never before have I lived in a place so infested with roaches, rodents and rats. The grounds are not kept well at all. You had to call the office over and over again to get someone to come clean the hallways and clean up the garbage cans. The pool and laundry room were filthy. There was constant evidence of violence and gangs in the complex. Street lights, door lights and stop signs were broken all the time along with graffiti on buildings. Within just 1 year the following was reported: vehicular vandalism; breaking and entering and an assault of a women was covered up and finally reported when bused by the news. The complex did not disclose this until the news made it public. This was months after the incident. The office rarely did anything about this. The apartment itself was damaged prior to hurricanes and they never repaired them properly. I found out that my neighbor who had the same type of apartment as me who moved in the same month as me was paying $100.00 less a month than me. We both signed our leases the same date. Noise was also a problem inside the apartment. Dogs barked and howled all night most nights, couples fought and kids ran and jumped like they were playing outside. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It is not worth your time or money.

Are you sure you're in the same complex as the poster in the previous review? They are very different, and I'd like to know which one to believe.

The review I just read is true. I have watched the police and vandalism, I won't walk around the property at night anymore, and the rent is always different, depending on how much money they can suck out of you. These people are not in business for the duration. Day to day cash flow is all that matters.

there was also a brutal beating of two men just outside the complex and i went on watchdog.com and found that there had been a registered sex offender living right below me! they told us crime has decreased in the complex, but we get letters on our door all the time to make sure to lock our doors during the day and how cars are being broken into at night. oh, and dont stand in the parking lot unless you want to be ran over by the racing motorcycles. my two year old has been woken up every night this week to a screaming motorcycle engine.
