This is the only place I ever want to call home. I love the staff, they are the best. Lee,Brenda,Felix,Mala,Vianca,Victor, all do such a good job, always professional and ready to help with whatever I need.
They always keep me inform with their newsletters.

When they give the tenants a party they go all out.

I have to say, this place is super quite at night, and most of my neighbors are friendly.

I move here in 2003 and in 2004 hurricane Charlie pass by not too much damage just a few tree branches on and around the parking lot area and would you believe the staff was out there the very next day to pick it up, and it only took a few hours to have it all looking back to normal.

In recent weeks they have been working on the landscaping, I guess it??s because of all the drought from the heat, some of the grass went out of commission.

All the staff is great, but:

If you want the above and beyond kind customer service call and ask for Felix.

If you want anything important addressed call and ask for Ms. Lee or Ms. Mala.

Look I have nothing bad to say. I truly love to call this place my home.
You actually get your monies worth, even though some people might think its high in price you actually get what you pay for.
