OK place needs tweeking

I have lived there since June 2005 and have not had a problem until a couple weeks ago I never complained once, but when I have a major maintenance issues it should be addressed within the day of reporting it. It took two days for my issue to be resolved and it was only resolved after I visted the office three times the day of. Then I had the same issue 2 days later and they told me they might not be able to get to it that day. It took less than 5 minutes for maintence to take care of the issue both times. I was going to renew my lease, but after the way they handled this situation (with no urgency) I have left.
