I never got to even move in here and realized how awful the staff here was. My husband and I gave our deposit and then changed our minds about living here. I had to speak with the manager Michelle i think here name was and she was a royal b*tch. After arguing with her about "the policies" of the apartment she finally agreed to give me back half of the $470. I gave them for a deposit. Michelle made sure to point out to me that she went over and beyond for me. In my opinion anyone that has to point out that they went over and beyond sure did not. Also if you want a shorter lease than 12 months they charge you for it. the rent should have been 900 but they were going to charge me 940 because i wanted a 8 month lease..... qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

Money is always first. The sad part is Lee, the manager, is the one backing all of the bad customer service attitude. Money is most important. Not service, not the property. She has selective memory, and when things go wrong she states she didn't know. I have heard of an instance about her letting one person break their lease without penalty, but charging another one the entire deposit, fees, future rent and a cancel fee on top of that? Apparently if you are friends with her, she will let you go. Guess we are not friends.

maybe you should read what you sign. hey not like the money is going in her pocket. come on, think about what your saying. would you tell the bank to give you back a deposit if you change your mind. you want whats good for you when is convent. If you were in that possessing what would you do? i have live there for over 6 yrs and it's has it ups and down but mostly up. I LOVE IT HERE.

If it was your job, how would you do it? Would you tell everyone what they want to hear or would you do your job? In property management, there is something called fair housing. You seem to be upset you did not get your way. Guess what thats life so get over it! ---- happens... I've lived at this community for about 2 1/2 years, and I still remember, plus I have a copy of what I originally signed the paper work says you have 72hrs to change your mind. You provably sign without reading, thats your own damm fault... btw: this lady Lee, had you taken the time to know her is not a bad person, her and i are not friends but she treats me and my kids with respect, perhaps you should rethink your opinions of others and focus on your own self image!
