I guess rules are meant to be broken. No one is ever checked to see if they really have a pool pass or not. All you have to do is be at the gate when someone that actually lives here is leaving and stick something in the lock so all your friends can come in without any hassles. You can even feel free to smoke pot at the picnic area and no questions are asked, even when staff is in the office. I have told the office 4 separate times that the dishwasher has not worked since we moved in and not one person ever came to check it out. Maybe the new management company can make the tenants a little happier. They might want to get rid of the current staff in the office first. When lightening struck one of the buildings, thanks goodness no one was hurt, people were watching the one of the staff laughing and taking pictures. She never checked to see if everyone was alright, did not even looked concerned. That's when a lot of us found out that the alarm system does not even work. Scary thought, to say the least. We are moving and so glad to be away from this place. I know there is worse, but much better elsewhere. Oh yes, the pet policy' I do not think all apartments are really checked to see just how many pets are there. One girl had four pets and never even paid a deposit. I guess she had the right connections with the office!
