Caribbean Isle will take your money, make the rules and laugh at your plight. I have been charged with owing the apartments $3,600 for breaking my lease by two months after living there almost 2 years. I gave proper 2 months notice, cleaned the apartment very well before leaving. They did not respect any of my due diligence in respecting them, but still took me to court, charged me the full amount they could after telling me they would try to rent the apartment and not charge me anything because I had been such a good tenant and gave notice. They lie is my point here. I had to leave for medical reasons. My only debt after a bad accident and long medical care was not the hospitals or treatment, but Caribbean Isle Apartments. There is not compassion in this company, and like the laughing at adversity, it is part of the new management company too. Old management and new filed the debt against me. Don't trust this company at all. It is the bottom dollar, and nothing else here. The picture is the garbage daily that I walked around to get out my door. The alarms were shut off because nobody wanted to answer them when they did go off, so they shut them down last year in hurricane season.
