This is one of the biggest mistakes of my life. Management lie, lie, lie to get you to sign a lease. Their strategy is to show you an apartment that they dress up and decorate with pina colada, you never get to see the real hell-hole you're gonna be living in. When I asked to see the apartment I was gonna be renting, I was told that there're repairs being done to it, but it's gonna look just like the model they showed me. The day I was supposed to move in, my apartment was still not ready. Upon moving into the apartment I started discovering a lot of issues like the refridgerator, that piece a ---- should have been out of the apartment about five years ago, the stove is busted, the dishwasher caught on fire, the blinds needed changing, everytime you step into the little-ass bathtub it screeches, there's water coming from the wall in the bathroom, amongst a ton of other things that should have been adressed before I moved in, the latest is ants infestation. I was promised that these things were gonna be addressed, but I think I stand a better chance being hit by a bus, because these people don't give a damn about their tenants, but come the first of the month you better have their money. I signed a one year lease and I can't wait to get the hell out of here!! There're so many issues going on at Caribbean Isle, it's just straight up ridiculous, I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Don't move here!!! The maintenance crew is very incompetent, all they do is sit around and drink, they don't wear uniforms, so be careful who you let into your apartment(maybe not such a big issue because they never really come in to do any work). Not to mention the pitbulls running around the complex and the dog who howls all night long. Whenever the neighbor comes home you're sure to know it because when they close their door the entire building vibrates. The people in the office are a bunch of fakes, and they're very unprofessional. They like to threaten the tenants about filing for evictions, but this hell-hole is only going down, down, down and if they don't straighten up their acts, they're really gonna be filing for something, BANKRUPTCY!!! It's only a matter of time before people stop coming here looking for a place to live. Believe it or not people do read these reviews. Don't let the outside and the smiling faces in the office fool you. Run in the opposite direction, this is Florida and you can do a whole lot better. RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

there are snakes here too, ive seen a bunch near the lake and my husband killed one when it struck at him and he stepped on its head. it was just on one of the sidewalks... i cant imagine what would have happened if it was my two year old walking first and not him.
