If you want peace and quiet don't come to Caribbean Isle. The walls and floors are paper thin. Just walking on the second floor in spots you feel like you may fall thru to the next apartment if you walk too hard. For the noise, if you don't mind listening to what your neighbors are doing every second of their lives then you will be great here. The only thing I will say that is positive about this place is that I had the most fun in this apartment because no one cared what you did. No one really complained about the noise cause it was pointless. It's a younger community so everyone had parties. They also have no policy on what types of animals you have in the apartment, my neighbor was a snake charmer. Also parking spots were optional, my neighbors liked to park in the grass if there wasn't parking close to the walkway. When it was time to move out, I cleaned the apartment top to bottom and it was spotless, yet management told me that I left it a mess and wanted me to pay them money instead of getting my deposits back. I had to fight with them for almost a year and didn't get even half of my deposits back. The staff was very unprofessional and pointless.
