I am renting from an owner who is a nice person, but the place is horrible people leave trash outside there doors the place has a foul odor in the air. The trash is always on the ground. The grass hasn't been cut in months cmon the bugs are HUGE you can't even stand outside. My unit is nice but the complex as a whole is disgusting and nobody seems to care...
