Cobblestone is litteraly a dirty complex. There is one trash dumptster for 421 apartments with average aptartment having 4 people. This leads to garbage being piled high everywhere near the dumpsters. There is trash and garbage everywhere with often broken beer bottles in parking lot and sidewalk. Pool is often closed and is disgusting dirty. Pool had 10 chairs around it now has 2. Gym is broken into several times. Mailboxes have been broken into. Ads and unwanted mail is always surronded mailboxes. I now rent a Post office box. Laundry room is disgusting clothes are stolen out of washers and dryers. Tentants use laundry room to cut hair and leave it on foor. Machines are broken and card machine stolen several times. There are several abanonded cars on property with no tags and broken windows and are stripped. I have seen drug dealing in front of my face. Often seen on floor are empty drug bags. Often tentants are drunk and high outside in the common areas. Police are in complex daily and complex is a known high drug area. Mangament is horrible and often rude and do nothing but collect rent. My rent is cheap so you get what you pay for.

Um, we were just in the area looking for temp housing TODAY and I have to agree that my impression of the place was that it felt very "ghetto" but I was hoping that I would get on here and find out I was wrong. I'm glad that I see my first impression was correct (before I sent these people money)...very thankful for this site!!!

I was a resident there for four years and would be more than happy to list the shady dealings that go on in this complex: (1) First off, if you make the mistake of contemplating on moving there, call the Osceola Sheriff's office and ask for a print-out of how many times their officers had to respond to a call at the complex for the past six months before you fill out an application at the complex. Be prepared to review quite a number of sheets. (2) Visit the complex on a Friday or Saturday night, especially around the 1135 and 1137 buildings. You're bound to see loser thugs in tank tops just dying to be the next Tony Montana. (3) Make sure your kids, if you have any where inclosed shoes outside the apartment (they should really remain indoors) for there are crack viles in the walkways and by the kids' swings area.
