all management wants is your money and does nothing about everything
this is a roach infested complex which all you see is a bunch of low class people at any given time of the day or night drinking, smoking weed, selling drugs and being very loud. you have to look both ways in order to get in or out of your apartment.then you have the wanna be mechanics outside acting like they are fixing cars when they really should be out looking for a real job... i'd rather live in a trailer park with all the hill billies! management lies about the way you leave your apartment when you want to move out, so they can overcharge you for breaking a lease! word of advice- DO NOT MOVE IN HERE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT! THANK GOD I AM OUT OF THERE! NASTY NASTY NASTY!

I was a resident there for four years and would be more than happy to list the shady dealings that go on in this complex: (1) First off, if you make the mistake of contemplating on moving there, call the Osceola Sheriff's office and ask for a print-out of how many times their officers had to respond to a call at the complex for the past six months before you fill out an application at the complex. Be prepared to review quite a number of sheets. (2) Visit the complex on a Friday or Saturday night, especially around the 1135 and 1137 buildings. You're bound to see loser thugs in tank tops just dying to be the next Tony Montana. (3) Make sure your kids, if you have any where inclosed shoes outside the apartment (they should really remain indoors) for there are crack viles in the walkways and by the kids' swings area.
