We have recently moved in to this location and let me begin to tell you it did not take a hot week to get my apartment broken into , my car stolen and my purse.And that is only on the first week , not including the physical condition of the apartment itself , the filter looked like it had been through all four hurricanes and then some. When i tried to hook up my washing machine the water went in the wall not into the machine and I basically figured out a new way to mop my kitchen. NOt only did the police not want to touch the window that the thieves broke into because of the mold they asked to please leave the door open for fear of inhalation of mold. The walls were full of mold in the laundry room and all in the entryway hall too. My kids were taken to the emergency room for asthma and we all were sick for two weeks .When i called the office to report that my home was broken into it took them only 6hours to actually come and change the locks.After I called and reminded them and went personally to the office. Now i want to get out and they are telling me i need to pay them two months to break the lease.I guess they forgot how many different reasons I have to leave this ghetto mess. OOps i apologize to the ghetto ,this place is much worse!
