I live in the said community. You must know I personally have no problems with the staff or any other resident. It is my opinion if you dont bring ---- there wont be no ----. Most of the problems that are happening to the residents are from the guest that they bring to their home. If you stay to yourself do what you need to do then you don't have any problems. The office has always taken care of any problem that I have had without even a bark. Everytime I walk into the office they always have a smile for me and willing to help.

Obviously, the author of this post is a member of the office staff impersonating a resident. I was a resident there for four years and would be more than happy to list the shady dealings that go on in this complex: (1) First off, if you make the mistake of contemplating on moving there, call the Osceola Sheriff's office and ask for a print-out of how many times their officers had to respond to a call at the complex for the past six months before you fill out an application at the complex. Be prepared to review quite a number of sheets. (2) Visit the complex on a Friday or Saturday night, especially around the 1135 and 1137 buildings. You're bound to see loser thugs in tank tops just dying to be the next Tony Montana. (3) Make sure your kids, if you have any where inclosed shoes outside the apartment (they should really remain indoors) for there are crack viles in the walkways and by the kids' swings area.

The staff is the least of my worries. I care for the conditions and the quality living that I can get from the place I live at. And I would tell anyone thinking of moving in this "apartment hell" to please go there on more than one occasion and see for themselves. Go there, especially on evenings and weekends, and take a look for yourself. I would also follow the advise of a previous posting, which tells to check with the sheriff department to see how many calls are dispatched to this place and the level of crime in this area. And, finally, this posting sounds so much like a staff comment. It concentrates so much in defending the office staff instead of telling you what is so good about this place. Then again I don't blame them for there is nothing good about this place so they have to try to cover it up with icing.
