I don't know how can anyone say this place is any good. This people must have never lived in anything better. Please go by the postings that say the community is a drug infested, low life apartment complex. I have been here almost 6 years, not by choice, but because I have not been able to afford other higher rents. For those of you who are familiar with NYC, compare this to the projects there. I don't even let my children out to play. This is how bad it is. Yes, some of the staff is nice. And, yes the apartments are spacious. But, what good is all that if you can't have peace of mind living there. What good is a spacious apartment if it is roach infested. And , the person who wrote about the dumpsters always being so extremely full of garbage, didn't lie. It is embarrasing to bring any visitors into the complex because to drive to where I live, they need to pass the dumpster and it is disgustingly full of garbage for the most part of the time than not. And, for the pet policy, no pets are allowed, but you see them once in while with people who keep them hidden. I could go on, but don't have the time. This is my last year here. I am moving out of here even if it kills me.
