You can buy out your contract without having to pay 10,000 it will cost you two months rent. If you don't like it that much please leave cause it's probably people like you that are making this such a ghetto place to live. maybe with you and your kind gone it will be pleasant again. :)

I wish it were that simple and that I really were the actual cause of the Cobblestone apartments' issues, problems, and frustrations. It is easy to see how ignorant you are based on your writing. Perhaps, you have gotten so used to the ghetto, that it has become your preferred habitat and can't even tell the difference. Word of advise to anyone interested in moving into Cobblestone; just come on over at different times and check it out. Better yet, don't take it from me or anyone else. Just make sure you check with the sheriff department/headquarters/precint. They can go over a more precise report of the reality of Cobblestone apartments with you. Enough said.

That is what I am trying to say its the people that live in Cobble stone that make it that way not management. Maybe you are the ignorant one. I know about all the crap that goes on here but again its due to the people and only the people. If we weed those out .. maybe even have community watches and meetings we may be able to make this place better and stop those that live here and don't care.. There has got to be a way for us residents to band together; and stop with the name calling that is really immature ..I want this to be a better place to live lets work together.

I am new to cobblestone apartments. I have only been there for a few days. I think there are alot of kids and teenagers and maybe if we as parents keep a better watch on our children, then that can help to improve the community. Another thing is the littering. I have seen some people putting there garbage on the side walk area. We have dumpsters for that. Lets keep our neighborhood clean and all respect each other.
