When I originally moved in I was given an apartment that had mices in it. The office staff was not too receptive to helping me with this problem until I became more demanding of a better living enviornment for myself & my children. I was then moved into another apartment a month & half later-When I moved into the other apartment I had to, for a second time pack up my furniture and pay for movers, moving truck, supplies, etc. They refused to assist with these expenses even though it was not my fault that i had to move from one apartment to another. The next apartment was in terrible conditions. The kitchen was not clean, the back porch was missing a screen, just not in move-in conditions at all. The office staff (especially the Office Manager) have been very unhelpful & insensitive. They have never taken accountability for thier mistakes. Overall I have been on property since Feb 2004 and it has been a terrible experience.
